Curious what people think. We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,180 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 9,247 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
