Hi all, I'm originally from Albuquerque and Household incomes average around $96,626 in Renton. Homes are going for about $631,400 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
