Co-working spaces in Renton?

So, Homes are going for about $631,400 on average. Rent is about $1,923/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $631,400, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Riverside area are improving. Kids love it here.
