The median home value here is around $616,000, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in South area are solid. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much growing but now it's solid.
