Job hunting in Reston -tips?

Been meaning to ask this. The median home value here is around $616,000, which is pretty steep. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Bought a house here in 2016 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
