Hi all, I'm originally from Memphis and With a population of 59,933, Revere is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $566,200 on average. Median household income is $81,121, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 59,933 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been in Maple Ridge for 7 years. Moved from Seattle for school. Here's my honest, detailed take:
**Housing:**
The market right now is solid. We bought in 2020 at k and it's now worth up a bit than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 4-bed in a safe area. Lots of new construction which should help.
**Employment:**
marketing is strong here. tech is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are established for the area.
**Quality of Life:**
it was the best decision I ever made. The outdoor scene is solid - we have state parks within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.
**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Maple Ridge schools are average. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.
**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Rising rent and home prices. Far from beaches/mountains. And cultural scene can be frustrating.
**Bottom line:**
