Freelancing from Reynoldsburg -experience?

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $230,300, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Meadowbrook. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in tech. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
