Moving to Reynoldsburg for work -advice?

Hello, I work in energy and Rent is about $1,227/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Is this normal for Reynoldsburg? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much wild but now it's pretty good.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Portland about 13 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Close to major attractions
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are developing, gas is solid.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. Hope this helps!.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Houston it's decent.
