Worst things about Reynoldsburg nobody talks about

Hi all, I'm a teacher here and The median home value here is around $230,300, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,227 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Reynoldsburg sits at 189.2 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Growing food scene
- Good healthcare facilities
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Limited nightlife
- Limited dining options

I've lived in Old Town for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Charlotte, I was surprised by cultural scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- The housing market scene is average

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for remote workers. Good luck with whatever you decide..
