Co-working spaces in Rialto?

Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $1,641 for rent here. Homes are going for about $454,400 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Pine Hills for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by job market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Active local events and festivals
- Good airport with direct flights
- The food scene scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Greenfield. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Korean.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I genuinely enjoy living here.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a social worker, 40, moved here 2 years ago from Chicago. I've lived in Fairview and Highland, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Great outdoor activities nearby
2. Nice parks and green spaces
3. Good airport with direct flights
4. The people are generally tough - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Not very walkable outside downtown
2. Can feel isolated
3. The pet-friendliness situation is affordable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- Fairview: Great for families. solid vibes, walkable.
- Highland: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from Chicago, everything felt excellent. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are manageable. Gas is pricey. You can live comfortably on $80K-$80K here.

**Final verdict:**
Give it a chance - it might surprise you.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.
