Alright, I'm a teacher here and Poverty rate is 11.0%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. Household incomes average around $85,521 in Rialto. Median household income is $85,521, which feels pretty solid for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. Appreciate any input. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I've lived in Eastside for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Strong job market in several industries
- The traffic scene is tough
The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for young professionals. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Definitely worth checking out..

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 6 years here, that's my honest assessment.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Italian places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Weather-wise, the summers are hit or miss and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if safety matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a electrician who relocated here from Seattle about 7 years ago. The main reasons were quality of life and my partner's job.
Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Close to major attractions
- Affordable housing options
Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Bugs and humidity in summer
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are established, gas is hit or miss.
Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Bought a house here in 2020 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
