Planning a move to Rialto -neighborhoods?

I work in finance and Median household income is $85,521, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is pretty good in most areas.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Highland area are improving. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2023 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
