Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. With a population of 104K, Rialto is a mid-size city. The median home value here is around $454,400, which is pretty steep. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
