Anyone else love living in Ricardo?

Hello, With a population of 1,070, Ricardo is a small town. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Friendly people
- Plenty of shopping options
- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Not very walkable
- Limited dining options
- Homelessness issues downtown
Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
