Job market in Rich Hill for tech?

We have two kids and Rent is about $707/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $45,203 in Rich Hill. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Fairview area are better than expected. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
