Hi all, The median home value here is around $405,600, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,825/month for a decent place. Median household income is $96,257, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
