Co-working spaces in Richardson?

I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $405,600 on average. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
