Is public transit usable in Richardson?
First post here. Just moved here 14 months ago and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Richardson sits at 143.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
