Hey, Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
