Unpopular opinion about Richardson
Curious what people think. Just moved here 2 months ago and The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low.

Bought a house here in 2017 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Public transit is improving here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
