Should I move to Richboro or stay in San Francisco?

Been living here since 2018. The median home value here is around $519,100, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Any help is appreciated.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Pittsburgh it's tough.
