Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $84,055, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $320,400, which seems about average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
