Best neighborhoods in Richfield

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $320,400 on average. The median home value here is around $320,400, which seems about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Came here for weather and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The walkability is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Old Town area are underrated. Kids love it here.

Used to live on the Meadowbrook side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value housing market, you'll love it. The walkability is genuinely surprisingly good and I've found I'm still on the fence after all this time. My neighborhood (Meadowbrook) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from New York, be prepared for the culture shock. cultural scene is completely different here. And Nightlife is limited.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Came here for work and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The outdoor recreation is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
