Is it worth buying in Richfield?

Curious what people think. Rent is about $1,334/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $84,055 in Richfield. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

We moved here with our family and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Schools in Greenfield area are average. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
