Life in Richfield as a young professional

Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2008. With a population of 36,725, Richfield is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 36,725 people. Rent is about $1,334/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.4%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
