Alright, Just moved here 13 months ago and Rent is about $1,334/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $84,055 in Richfield. With a population of 36,725, Richfield is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
