Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $320,400, which seems about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 36,725 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Richfield sits at 202.2 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
