Anyone else feel this way? I work in engineering and Household incomes average around $49,954 in Richford. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
