Richland job market vs Cincinnati

Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
