Hey, Been living here since 2008. It's a a small town city with about 1,014 people. Rent is about $1,292/month for a decent place. With a population of 1,014, Richland is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
