Hi all, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $1,397 for rent here. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
