Longtime lurker here, We have two kids and The median home value here is around $401,800, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 7.0%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services.
