Hi all, Been living here since 2013. Household incomes average around $90,038 in Richmond. With a population of 115K, Richmond is a mid-size city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
