Richmond vs Omaha -which is better?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $650,100, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,895/month for a decent place. Median household income is $90,038, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Is this normal for Richmond? Appreciate any input. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
