Hey everyone, I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $63,750 in Richmond Heights. Rent is about $1,630/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? Appreciate any input.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Charlotte it's pretty good.

Moved here from Charlotte about 15 years ago. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Still getting used to school system but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Definitely worth checking out..
