Anyone regret moving to Richmond Heights?

Hey, Just moved here 11 months ago and The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $345,400, which seems about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!
