Commute times in Richmond Heights -how bad?

Hello, We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Richmond Heights sits at 309.3 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Richmond Heights? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I'm a writer and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Compared to Salt Lake City it's better than expected.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
