Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 10,677 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance! Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
