Crime rate is something to consider -Richmond Hill sits at 290.7 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
