Top 5 things I love about Richmond

Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $107,600 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

We moved here with our family and I love the pace of life here. Schools in Downtown area are decent. Kids love it here.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The dating scene is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
