Job market in Richmond for tech?

Hey everyone, I relocated for work and Rent is about $870/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..
