Should I move to Richmond or stay in San Diego?

OK so The median home value here is around $348,700, which seems about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Moved here from Miami about 13 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to cultural scene but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
