Is public transit usable in Richmond?

Hello, It's a a mid-size city city with about 228K people. Crime rate is something to consider — Richmond sits at 462.9 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Bought a house here in 2019 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
