Biggest downsides of living in Richmond West?

Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $448,900, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $96,282 in Richmond West. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 5 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
