Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 35,988 people. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 35,988, Richmond West is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $448,900 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
