Starting a business in Riddle?

Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $55,000, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
