Hey everyone, It's a a small town city with about 7,103 people. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great. TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.
If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The dating scene is genuinely hit or miss and I've found it was the best decision I ever made. My neighborhood (Westside) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.
But if you're coming from Miami, be prepared for the culture shock. school system is completely different here. And Not very walkable outside downtown.
My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
