Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $259,600 on average. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,204/month for a decent place. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
