OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
