Been meaning to ask this. Rent is about $1,455/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 18.6%, which is higher than I expected. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
